Patent Reform: far from over.

Patent Reform: far from over.

Patent Reform is alive and well.  The Senate is likely to pass H.R. 1249 (The America Invents Act) later this week.

Oh, and while we’re talking about patents, just last month, the Supreme Court had created a new “willful blindness” standard for inducing patent infringement. Never a boring day in patent-world.

For more on patents and arguments for reform listen to this entertaining episode of radio show “This American Life.”

Thanks for the SCOTUS tip, staffer Nora Monterubio.
