As America invents, America gets more jobs. Hopefully.

President Obama today signed the America Invents Act, a law that he says will help to streamline the U.S. patent system.  The Act will allow inventors to attract investments more easily, will help to avoid costly patent litigation and, Obama says, ultimately, create jobs.

Hannah Steinblatt is a 3L at Fordham Law. She grew up on Long Island and currently resides in Brooklyn (but not the cool part) with her husband. She likes art, fashion, poodles, and grammar. She also has an unhealthy obsession with ketchup. Hannah hopes to pursue a career in litigation.
