Apple Adds to the Samsung list

Apple Adds to the Samsung list

Apple has amended its complaint in the Samsung case to include more Samsung devices, in particular the Galaxy SIII and the Galaxy III Mini, the latter of which has not yet been released in the U.S. On December 6, District Court Judge Koh of the Northern District of California is expected to give a final judgment following the jury trial award of $1.5 billion as well as decide which Samsung devices should be subject of a permanent injunction. Apple claims that these added devices also infringe on it’s design patents.
