Spurs Send Star Players Home and Get Sued?

Basketball fans expecting to see the Miami Heat face off the San Antonio Spurs on November 29, 2012, were let down when they discovered that four of the Spurs players were nowhere to be seen.  The San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich unexpectedly sent home Tim Duncan, Danny Green, Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli before the game.  As a result, the team was fined $250,000 by the NBA in December.  But the matter is not yet closed.  A lawyer who bought a ticket to the game filed a class action lawsuit against the team for breaking the Miami state law regarding “deceptive and fair trade practices.”
