Welcome to the inaugural episode of the podcast for the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media, & Entertainment Law Journal. Accordingly, this episode will explore the false advertising and misleading movie trailers in the film industry, looking at Suicide Squad, Drive, Rocky, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and Fantastic Four.

Each week, the Fordham IPLJ Podcast will tackle and explore hot topics in intellectual property law.
