Navajo Nation Sues Urban. Finally.

The Navajo Nation has filed a suit against Urban Outfitters for their appropriation of the term “navajo” when describing certain products.  The suit comes months after the Navajo Nation sent a cease and desist letter to Urban Outfitters.  More about the controversy that sparked the lawsuit can be found here.
