FBI Loosens Restrictions on Use of Anti-Piracy Warning Seal

The FBI is relaxing the licensing requirements to use its extremely handsome Anti-Piracy Warning Seal, which is presently available only to big industry players like the RIAA and MPAA. The seal effectively intimidates those particularly bureaucratically-minded IP pirates who cannot bear to violate the authority represented by gold fringe.
