The 22nd Annual IPLJ Symposium

On Friday, November 8, 2013, the IPLJ and the Fordham Intellectual Property Law Institute will be hosting the 22nd Annual IPLJ Symposium.  The Symposium will consist of a series of panel discussions on recent developments across IP practice areas.  Panels will include a patent session covering the recent major Supreme Court decisions– AMP v. Myriad Genetics, FTC v. Actavis, and Bowman v. Monsanto Co., a trademark session, where panelists will discuss recent developments in case law and the TTAB, and a copyrights session which will focus on fair use in copyright, specifically transformative use in the Second and Ninth Circuits and the upcoming Supreme Court case regarding laches, Petrella v.
